Everit Group is a real estate development and investment firm founded by Sam Siegel and Constantin Geanakoplos.
We focus on historic urban neighborhoods and distinctive places where local knowledge, strong fundamentals, and active ownership create advantages that are difficult to replicate at scale. Our experience spans development, architecture, acquisitions, and capital markets, allowing us to approach investments from multiple perspectives.
As an independent partnership, we pursue a limited number of projects where we can be directly involved from acquisition through completion and long-term ownership. We invest across property types and market cycles, focusing on places, buildings, and sites that combine quality, scarcity, and enduring relevance.
The Team
Sam leads investment and development at Everit. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a Director at Hines, where he focused on acquisitions, capitalization, and development projects throughout the Northeast and served as Chief of Staff for the regional business. His experience spans deal structuring, capital formation, and development execution. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Washington and Lee University.
Constantin leads development and design at Everit. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a Director at Hines, where he worked on large-scale projects including One Madison Avenue and led the New York office’s office-to-residential conversion initiatives. He began his career at Robert A.M. Stern Architects and is a licensed architect. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Architecture from Yale University.
